Darcy Dahlem

General Manager and Principal of Vision Building Systems Darcy started his career building large agricultural and industrial buildings in Canada before relocating the business to Las Vegas in 1998. Over the years, Vision Building Systems has grown rapidly, including being the best solution provider for facilities that offer turnkey, semi-permanent and permanent facilities for various types of use. A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Darcy was also an academic all-conference athlete as kicker and punter. He was an instrumental part of the 1993 Conference Champion team for UND. He went on to play professionally with the Saskatchewan Rough Riders of the CFL, and has coached numerous youth football and soccer teams. Darcy was also a founding and board member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization in Las Vegas.
